What is an online payment service?
It is a secure way to pay your loan outstanding, online through our website www.phoenixarc.co.in, using your Net Banking or Debit Card.
What are the benefits of online payment?
You can sit at home and pay your loan outstanding through any Bank.
Do I need to register with Phoenix ARC for online payment from the account of the other Bank?
No.
Is there any additional charge for using online payment service through Net Banking?
No.
Is there any additional charge for using online payment service through Debit Card?
Yes. Transaction Fee is applicable.
What if I don't remember my loan account number or Contract Number?
Please get in touch with our customer Care on toll free number 1800 120 8060 or email us on customercare.retail@phoenixarc.co.in
How do I pay my multiple loan outstanding?
Currently we have the facility of payment of one loan account at a time.
How will I know that the payment is made successfully?
Post every successful transaction; you will get anSMS & Email along with a valid transaction ID. If transaction ID is not received immediately after completion of transaction you are advised to check your bank account balance.
Will I receive physical receipt post online payment?
You will get an auto generated E-Receipt on successful transaction.
When can I know my payment status in my loan account?
Credit shall reflect in 3 working days.
Can I make partial payment against my outstanding?
Yes. You can make partial payments.
What if I made an excess payment for my loan account?
Refund request can be placed to our Customer Care (Toll Free Number 1800 120 8060) between Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6.30 pm to refund the excess amount.
